Hyderabad News: As promised by the government, the special task force which was appointed to monitor and inspect the condition of various colleges in the state will start its work from 12 September 2012. 11th being is the last date for the colleges to submit their details in online portal; after which the task force will start its work vigorously.

 

On Friday there was a conference held to announce the activities of Task Force. A total of 650 colleges will be inspected first. But there are 717 colleges and the remaining colleges will be inspected in the 2nd phase of the work. Another announcement made in the conference was that the fee structure of these colleges will depend only after inspecting them. And it will also depend on the sophistication infrastructure facilities.

 

The task force contains 60 officials who will do their respective duties. The verification of the students’ certificates was finished by 6 of this month while the counselling for the eamcet ranks will be finished by 9th of September. Also the students were informed that the fee structure was subjective to the inspection process.

 

Officials assure that the team will do their best to filter the good colleges from average one. If condition is worse, there may be disaffiliation of colleges, stated the official of Task Force. According to the analysis made by the team so far, many seats in different colleges are likely to remain vacant just like the previous year.
