Online admissions for Management Quota from September 12

Hyderabad: The admission for management quote into private engineering colleges will start from September 12th, 2012. The url to be visited is http:// apsche.cgg.gov.in. The last date for submission of applications for students is 20 October 20112. While the last date for colleges to submit their information into portal is 11 September 2012.

Gone are the days when the colleges used to start by September first week. The continuous row between the colleges and government delayed the admissions for EAMCET seats this year. This may not seem a big issue to the colleges but the students have to face the heat of late beginning of classes. Nevertheless, the instructions released by Andhra Pradesh Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) stated that admissions results will be announced only after October 20.

The process of online registration has been made easy and the registration fee will be transferred to the respective colleges after the confirmation of the application of students. The payment details will also be placed in the college websites. After all this, care should be taken to protect these websites from cyber hacking.

However, the college managements are requesting for the extension of counseling dates as they feel that adequate time isn’t given to them for filling up the details in the portal.
