Hyderabad News: After much argument and dispute over the land, the defense wing finally agrees to give away the part of land which belongs to Secunderabad club. This land was requested by the Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited for the purpose of metro station work.

 

A meeting which was conducted recently was presided over by Army, Defense Estate officials, Andhra Sub-Area Commandant and Military Engineering Services (MES). They discussed over the request put forth by HMRL and decided to give the land without further arguments.   

 

However the army also stated that it won’t allow any work to start in that acre of land until the government hands over an alternate land for them. But the government officials state that they allotted 25 acres of land in RR district; yet to confirm this officially on papers. A detailed report of these incidents will be submitted to the central government in Delhi very soon.
