   Bhanu Kiran in land grab case
Hyderabad - Madella cheruvu Suri alias Suryanarayana Reddy murderer Bhanu Kiran was alleged in land grabbing case, The police  registered in yet another case against him for alleged of land grabbing 25 to 26 acres pf land belongs to NRI

Bhanu and his associates were charged with occupying land by impersonation and forgery five years ago. Interestingly, he had also paid Rs. 50 lakh -Rs. 40 lakh in cash and Rs. 10 lakh through a demand draft- after the NRI couple, T. Sunitha and T. Sandeep Reddy, approached the gang for settlement through a mediator.

Bhanu and Danthuluri Krishna alias Mangali Krishna, approached a real estate businessmen to help them tp sell 25.26 acres of land in Challampally village in Mahabubnagar district under survey nos. 29/A, 30/A and 36/AA.

Bhanu, it is alleged, took a woman to the Kalvakurthy Sub-Registrar Office, and managed to hoodwink the staff that she was the land owner, T. Sunitha.

The land was registered in the names of Krishna and P. Prabhakar Reddy in December, 2006 allegedly by forgery and impersonation, Bhanu Kiran's aide's

Krishna had agreed to pay Rs. 50 lakh. The sum was paid to Ms. T. Sunitha when she came to India and the land was registered afresh in the name of G. Shiva Shekar Reddy, brother-in-law of Krishna.

After Bhanu Kiran revealed the deal in his confessional statement, CID authorities contacted the NRI couple in U.S. “But the couple chose not to lodge a complaint since it would be expensive for them to come down to India,” investigators said.
