Sports News: India will be playing against New Zealand in the Under-19 series on August 23 2012. New Zealand on the other hand entered semi finals after defeating West Indies in quarter finals. India also won the second quarter finals against Pakistan.

 

The match that was played in Tony Ireland Stadium in Townsville was boring to some extent as the scores weren’t up to the mark. This Under-19 match was indeed a fresh breather as the youngsters were seen performing considerably well in an international tournament like this.   

 

There was tension about the victory of the match, until Harmeet of Punjab scored 2 runs with a brilliant squareleg shot. This led team India to reach the required target runs.  We all are eagerly waiting for the finals. The scores of the two teams are Pakistan 136 all out in 45.1 overs, India 137 for 9 in 48 overs.
