Police on high alert near Siddiqui Nagar

Hyderabad News: The majority of northeast population left back to their homeland following the riots in top metros. But the areas like Siddiqui Nagar near Hi-tech City had tight police security. Close to 100 policemen were on guard in this area which is largely populated by northeast people.

All this seems to be in vain as 90% population which used to live here have left to Assam. The police are anyway assuring that the situation is under control. The security will be like this for few more days.

Hyderabad Police also are patrolling in areas of Mosques from few days in order to avoid any possible fights. Inspector of Madhapur, K Srikanth Reddy assured that no tensed situation arose in the past few days and will not occur in future as well. The northeast people are expected to return to Hyderabad very soon and continue with their works in Hyderabad.
