Facebook, Yahoo Patent Peace Deal
The Facebook and Yahoo making a strategic deal part of lawsuits, the two silicon valley giants are now in peace deal.
Both Facebook and Yahoo agreement will make their partnership strong, mutual advertising sales effort, As licensing of important patents between the 2 companies(Yahoo and Facebook).
Yahoo filed a law suit in March at US District court in San Jose. demanding that the social network website company had violated ten of its patents covering advertising and privacy.
The Facebook and Yahoo have approved the deal, it will announce today, Yahoo board first agreed to sue Facebook as former CEO Scott Thompson guaranteed a huge financial settlement from the suit.
