Lakshmi Prasada rao honored with “Vishista Hindi Sevi Samman”
   

Laxmi Prasada Rao has been honored with “Vishista Hindi Sevi Samman” for his outstanding work in keeping Andhra Pradesh Hindi Academy in first place in India.


Laxmi Prasada Rao has been working as a president of Andhra Pradesh Hindi Academy (APHA). Earlier he had been nominated for “Kendhra Sahitya Award” for his controversial novel “DRAWPADI”, which was being targeted by the traditional writers.


The award was presented in Annual meet of Hindi Pundits which held in rajastan. While addressing the pundits he said he was very happy to receive the award and thanked Ratnakar Pandey (president of Hindi Academy) for recognizing his work.
