Separate Judgment on Center’s plea to recall Supreme Court order
   

A two-judge bench of Supreme Court gave a separate judgment on center’s plea to recall the order given by the Apex Court on black money issue on July 4.


The two judges were differ in their verdict against the plea filed by the former union law minister , Ram jetmalani and others which requested the court  to recall the constitution of Special Investigation Team(SIT) to look into the black money issue.


Justice Kabir pronounced his verdict in favor of the center’s application saying that the application was maintainable. Another judge justice Nijjar refused to here the application, said, it was not maintainable.


They both referred the case to the chief justice, Kapadia for constitution of larger bench to decide the maintainability of the government’s plea.
