ED to question Jagan Reddy for 14days
Hyderabad - The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will question the YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy for 14 days from today (07/07/2012) in illegal assets case inside the Chanchalguda central jail
The ED got permission finally to interrogate Jagan Reddy from the CBI court for 14days from July 7 to July 21. Jagan will be allowed the presence of his advocate during investigation from 10am to 5pm.
The CBI court rejected the objection by Jagan to the ED petition, Responding the objection of Jagan that he is no longer chairman of Jagati Publications, C.P.N Karthik is present chairperson the flow of funds into the company under the ED scanner.
The ED has already registered a case on Jagan for alleged violations of (PMLA).obstruction of Money Laundering Act.
