   Bandh call by YSRCP against Jagan's arrest
Hyderabad - YSRCP in protest against the arrest of YSRCP president YS Jaganmohan Reddy on wednesday in Andhra Pradesh, Jagan's mother and MLA YS Vijayamma with her family members, staged a fast outiside of her residence Lotus Pond here even as the MP was produced in the special court of CBI.

The Bandh evoked a mixed response in AP.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, west zone, Stephen Ravindra YS Vijayamma did not take any permission for the dharna, Vijayamma said that fast will continue till Jagan was free from jail

Former ministers Pilli Subhash Chandra Bose and Balineni Srinivasa Reddy, who were contesting the by-elections, were briefly detained as they were leading protests in their areas.

Section 144 CrPC, which bans assembly of more than four persons, has been clamped in the city to prevent untoward incidents. Jagan produced in  Nampally criminal court,CCTV's have been installed near court premises.


Joint commissioner of Police, Naveen Chand said the police mades security has elobrate arrangements and no incident has been seen so far.
