This time with Shahi Dastarkhwan the endeavor has been to bring to the table some of the most exotic royal cuisines from the regal kitchens of the Mughal's, Nizam, Rajput's and certain parts of Kashmir. This time the Shahi Dastarkhwan also features certain delicacies in the main course too. The meticulously laid-out ceremonial dining spread includes the Dish of kings, the traditional gushtaba, the sulatni murg, the tabq maas to name a few. The vegetarian spread boasts of dhingri e khaas and the dahi ke sholey from the royal kitchens of the Rajputs.
